Cancellation / Refund Policy

At Delightful Pastries, we strive to balance customer satisfaction with our operational needs. To foster this balance, we've outlined our policies for class cancellations and refunds with clarity and fairness.

Cancellation Notification:

To cancel your class registration, please provide us with a minimum of three (3) business days' notice. For larger groups comprising 10 or more participants, a seven (7) business day notification is required. This ensures we can adjust our plans and minimize wastage, keeping our classes economical for everyone.

How to Cancel:

To ensure accurate processing of your cancellation, kindly submit your request exclusively via email ONLY. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations made through phone calls or voicemail.

Our bakery hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Refund Eligibility:

We understand plans change, but preparation for our classes involves dedicated resources and cost. Therefore, if a cancellation occurs less than three (3) business days before your scheduled class, we are unable to offer a refund or class credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Refund Processing:

We commit to refunding you through the original payment method. Credit card payments will receive credit card refunds, cash payments will be refunded in cash, and check payments will be returned via mailed check. Allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund.

Class Cancellation by Delightful Pastries:

Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or emergencies may require us to cancel a class. Should this occur, you will be promptly notified via telephone and email. You'll have the option to receive a full refund or apply a credit towards a future class, based on your preference.
